Will Payday Loans be there when I’m at the bottom of the barrel?

Everyday I say, "smile, things can't get any worse…" And then I smile, and sure enough, things get worse. But yesterday I found out that there is other types of worse that are worse than mine. This is the story of a Payday Loan Utopia – everyone in town needs one.

We are talking about a small steel town in Pennsylvania called Braddock, once a famous wellspring of industrial might. This is the place where steel baron Andrew Carnegie built his first steel mill. Remember the Carnegie empire that helped build modern America? Well it started in Braddock. This is where Carnegie built a library, the first of more than 1,500 Carnegie libraries in the United States.
